A great documentary on how you can act using your body to create a mental attitude and feeling. Actors have known this forever. It’s a good shortcut bypassing years of therapy. An example is laughing for no reason in Laughter Yoga in order to trigger real laughter. I learned in this documentary of a new science called “Embodied Cognition” that provides a scientific basis for this phenomenon.
